Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
I want your purchase with Beautifully Dipped to be as wonderful as humanly possible. If you are not satisfied with your order once it has arrived (this applies to physical items only), please contact me within 5 days and I will work with you for either an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (does not include postage costs). If the item is purchased with "Free Shipping", a partial refund of the item will be refunded. The cost of shipping is deducted from "Free Shipping" products. All refunds given are based on the items being returned in their original condition. Most items on meaganshuffield.com are fulfilled by printful.com (i.e. Shirts, mugs, bags, hats). That being said, if your product is the wrong size or damaged from shipping, let me know so I can start the return process with printful to figure out what needs to be done on your end to get your replacement.
Please contact me if you are unhappy in any way with your order and I will do my best to resolve the problem.
Custom and Digital Items
Since payment is for my time & effort in customizing your design, I cannot provide proofs before payment is processed. Also, once a proof has been received a refund will not be provided.
All custom design sales are final. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted. If you do find that you have an issue with your product, contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
Paypal and major credit cards.
All payments must be made at the time of purchase. Orders do not ship until payment has been received. Orders ship to the address used on your account. If you need to cancel an order, contact within two hours of purchase.
Cancellations on custom items must be made within the first 4 hours of purchase in order to receive a full refund.
Once a transaction has gone through, I cannot add discounts. If you have a coupon or gift card please apply before you check out.
Beautifully Dipped ships with USPS when possible, which usually takes 2 - 7 days for domestic and can be longer for international shipping. Item(s) will be shipped to the buyers shipping address provided by buyer.
Please make sure your address is correct. Please check processing times on each listing you are purchasing. Some items are ready to ship but some items do have a processing time frame. If you need your items quickly please contact me prior to purchasing the item. The time frame mentioned above is the USPS time frame, please note I have no control of when your item will arrive. The only way to guarantee a specific date of delivery is to upgrade your shipping method.
Beautifully Dipped is not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail. Arrangements for insurance, signature confirmation, or expedited shipping may be made for an additional fee-please message me with your request and I will do my best to accommodate.

Please keep in mind that there can be slight color differences based on your monitor settings and screen resolutions.
Each revision can take up to 24 hours for a new proof, please try to request all of your revisions at once. Please check your design carefully for any errors (such as spelling and punctuation errors). Beautifully Dipped is not responsible for errors that are noticed after final approval.
Please note that smartphones do not display some files correctly. Beautifully Dipped recommends that you review files on a computer. It would be in your best interest to do a test print either at home or at your local print shop before you give final approval. Colors may differ from different screens and printers.
